Torii Arts & Craft Center Bingata Class

“Ryukyu Bingata” is a traditional 500-year-old dyeing method in Okinawa. Enjoy a fun family creative activity and create lasting Okinawa memories.

First, paint on a fabric that is already prepared with the masking starch. Once you paint the fabric, take it home and let it dry for 5-7 days. Your Bingata will be complete after washing the masking starch off.

Class will be held at Torii Arts & Craft Center (Bldg#240).

Max of 25 students (minimum class participation is 18 students or class will be cancelled)

Reservation required, please let us know what item/ design you would like.
